I work with high school aged kids up to 75 year old Grandma's. Folks who are recovering from life long injuries and others who train for 5-100 mile runs.My biggest goal is to help you make fitness a part of your life and your health a priority. Keeping my services affordable is one way I try and do that. My pricing is very competitive per hour compared to most independent trainers while having five times the experience and expertise. Making a change for a couple months at a time because it's all you can afford makes continuous progress extremely improbable.
